Jimbo Cotton is a lifelong Austinite with over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in brokerage, leasing, sales, site selection, development, and construction. Raised in Jollyville, he earned his real estate license at 18, became a broker by 20, and graduated from Baylor University with a B.B.A. in Marketing and Management, where he also played on the golf team.
Jimbo began his career with The Commercial Property Group before joining McAllister & Associates in 1991, where he was a consistent top producer. Known for his integrity and relationship-driven approach, he has built a trusted network that spans local, state, and national markets.
Over the years, he has developed medical offices, residential subdivisions, retail centers, and build-to-suit projects for Chick-fil-A, Texas Roadhouse, Chase Bank, Mattress Firm, and WellMed. He also served as Sonic’s preferred developer in Central Texas for more than 25 years, securing sites for over 100 locations.

Jimbo has been recognized as one of Austin’s Top 25 Heavy Hitters by the Austin Business Journal and continues to give back by supporting local nonprofits and hosting live charity auctions. He currently manages more than 500,000 square feet of commercial space, co-owns the 31,000-square-foot GattiTown in Round Rock, and serves as Vice President of Assisting Texas with Housing, Inc.

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Austin Cotton was immersed in real estate from an early age, following in the footsteps of his father, Jimbo. He earned his B.B.A. in Real Estate from Baylor University, where he also played on the men’s golf team, and later completed his MBA at St. Edward’s University while continuing his collegiate golf career.

Austin’s career began with founding an outdoor apparel company, sharpening his branding expertise, followed by development work with a local contractor that gave him valuable ground-up and TI construction experience.
Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2021, he has been active in brokerage and development across a variety of product types, gaining valuable experience on all sides of a deal.

Austin is passionate about creating real estate solutions that deliver value for both clients and the broader community. His work spans structuring complex deals, introducing new brands to the Austin market, and developing projects that enhance the city’s evolving landscape.

GIL NUSS

Gil Nuss has been in the real estate industry since 2018. Originally from Houston, he graduated from the University of Alabama with Finance Degree and a specialization in Real Estate.
Gil Nuss brings a dynamic range of experience that spans across a variety of asset classes in the capital markets arena focusing on debt & equity placements and investment sales, to project leasing and occupier solutions, to large scale development in the resort & hospitality industry.
These experiences in, both at the local and national level, have allowed him to create a wealth of knowledge and experience.
He prides himself on long standing relationships and the ability to create new ones. His passion for projects both large and small give him the innate ability to see the deal through a variety of different lenses.
